Join the Team
At Two Little Acres, our team members are ambassadors of the brand in every interaction—with families, children, and our baby animals. We value individuals who lead with kindness, calm confidence, and genuine care, and who understand that the way we show up matters just as much as what we do. The right fit for Two Little Acres is someone who believes in creating gentle, joyful experiences; respects animal welfare; and takes pride in representing a thoughtful, boutique farm environment. Our team members are attentive, proactive, and warm—people who naturally engage, guide, and support without needing direction, and who treat every family and animal as if they were their own.

Scheduling & Availability
All roles at Two Little Acres are flexible and offered on an as-needed basis, based on events, seasons, and farm needs. While I love building long-term relationships and working consistently with the same people, the nature of the farm and events means it’s important to have a small, reliable team I can call on as needs arise.
This setup works best for individuals who value flexibility, enjoy varied work, and are comfortable stepping in when needed while being dependable once scheduled. Over time, those who are reliable, proactive, and a great fit often find themselves offered more frequent opportunities as the farm grows. I value flexibility and community, and may be open to occasional work trade in place of compensation when it’s a good fit for both sides.
